Bitumode is Produced by the
modern
waterproofing Company , BITUMODE is a line of polymer
modified bitumen waterproofing membranes of the highest
quality . BITUMODE is modified by APP and APAO , thus
guaranteeing superior performance under various
conditions.
The membrane reinforcement is either
spun bonded non woven polyester mat (P) or reinforced
glass fiber mat (G) . Both types provide high
dimensional stability and are resistant to chemicals.
BITUMODE is also available with
composite reinforcement.
Uses:
Due to the wide range of BITUMODE
produced available, BITUMODE can be applied virtually
anywhere modified bitumen membranes are specified. It
can be applied to foundation, roofs, basements, walls,
tunnels, etc...

Quality control:
The modern waterproofing company
is ISO 9001 certified . It applies a stringent quality
control system utilizing its in –house laboratories to
ensure continued adherence to highest standard ( ASTM ,
DIN , UNI , etc.). Each roll of BITUMODE is individually
coded with a label containing all necessary information
about the roll . this is intended to ensure tractability
in accordance with ISO quality control standard.
Certification:
BITUMODE Products are certified
from the Egyptian government being in compliance with
the quality mark of (EOS) and ASTM D 6222/2000.
Product Range:
The standard range of BITUMODE
products is shown in the accompanying schedule .
standard stickiness available includes 3mm and 4mm .
Some types could be available by weight 3kg/m2 and
4kg/m2 . surface finish choices include :
Polyethylene film on both sides (PE/PE) , one side
polyethylene and one side fine sand (S/PE) , or mineral
( slated or granule ) finish on upper surface which
could be available with different colors : mineral
slated grey (MG) , mineral granule green (MGRN) ,
mineral granule blue (MBL) , mineral slated grey (GY) ,
mineral slated light green (GYN) , or mineral slated
white (WT).
The nominal length of each roll is
10 meters and nominal which is one meter special
specifications can be designed based in client’s needs.
